Spice Mixtures for Your Food

Add a Spice Mixture to Your Daily Food

The next key step in your program to purify your tissues is utilizing a spice blend with your food. Many spices are both potent aids to digestion and elimination, helping to prevent ama formation and aiding its removal, and are phytoestrogenic as well. Others are anti-oxidants that fight the spread of free radicals, such as turmeric, and probiotics, such as ginger, which promote healthy bacteria in the gut for strengthened immunity.

Our American style diet is unfortunately nearly devoid of spices, compared to Indian and Asian cooking. In order to make it easy for you to get the benefits of spices without necessarily having to change your entire cooking style, and to accommodate those who must eat out in restaurants, your own spice mixture recipe and instructions are provided below.

These spices are usually readily available in supermarkets. However, you will be able to buy larger quantity for much less cost from Indian grocery stores or most health food stores, herb shops or natural food co-ops. If you can find organic spices (try the natural food shops first) this will be ideal.
